RICHARD CONNOLLY

ABOUT OUR GUEST PIANIST

Richard has been playing piano since he was five years old. After 18 years of classical studies, he focused on music from "The American Songbook", enjoying performing the compositions of Gershwin, Cole Porter, Henry Mancini, and others. His extensive repertoire has expanded to include contemporary music of today, such as Billy Joel and Elton John.

No genre is out of bounds in his capability. Having parlayed his love of performing into a successful musical career by the age of 15, he was soon playing with large orchestras and found himself in demand working for vocalists and instrumentalists in the NYC metro area. The most significant turn in his career occurred in the mid-'80s when he began working in Atlantic City, New Jersey. At the Merv Griffin Resorts International Hotel, his role expanded into the showroom orchestra and various entertainment areas within the facility. That exposure led to many more dates in other famous venues including the Tropicana, The Sands, and Caesar's Casino Hotel.

Since moving to South Florida eight years ago, he quickly found himself in demand in venues from the Palm Beaches to Miami. We are thrilled to have him with us today as he thrills you with his piano and keyboard magic artistry.

CODE NAMES

If you like espionage, intrigue, and word clues, then Codenames is the game for you! It’s action-packed and super fun to play with a group of friends. Codenames involves giving clever clues to help your team identify friendly secret agents and avoid the deadly assassin. You can play with the official Codenames card deck, online, or through the Codenames app on your smartphone or tablet. And it’s not too difficult to learn. There's 2 teams, with no limit to the number of players on a team. A RED team and a BLUE team, each has a leader who is called the SPYMASTER. The card you see to your left is the card the Spymaster uses.

The team members see the words without the colors see the image to your left. This is just an example, the only difference is that the words would be the same on both cards, unlike these examples.
